Besides Cement Plants, ERCOM is equally capable of undertaking WHR and CPP Projects. ERCOM has executed one of the biggest Waste Heat Recovery Plant in the Gulf region for Gulf Cement Company’s 35 MW capacity, where engineering services were provided by ERCOM.

1. Preparation of Technical Feasibility Report on assessment of likely Power generation from WHR based on available waste heat.

2. Basic Engineering and Procurement Assistance including contracting.

3. Preparation / Review of Detail Engineering.

4. Project Monitoring & Construction Management.
